1. What makes Aphahs soaps different?

Our soaps are 100% handmade using all-natural ingredients like organic oils, botanical extracts, and essential oils. They’re free from harsh chemicals (no SLS, parabens, or synthetic fragrances) and gentle on all skin types.

2. Are your soaps suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes! Our soaps are hypoallergenic and made with soothing ingredients like shea butter, oatmeal, and coconut oil. However, we recommend checking the ingredient list if you have specific allergies.

3. Do you use animal-derived ingredients or test on animals?

No! Aphahs is 100% cruelty-free and vegan-friendly. We never test on animals, and our soaps contain no animal fats or byproducts.

4. How long does a bar of soap last?

With proper care (keeping it dry between uses), each 4.5–5 oz bar lasts 3–4 weeks with daily use.

5. Do your soaps help with skin conditions like eczema or acne?

While our soaps are not medical treatments, ingredients like tea tree oil (antibacterial) and calendula (anti-inflammatory) may help soothe acne or irritated skin. For severe conditions, consult a dermatologist.

6. What’s your shipping policy?

• We ship within 3–5 business days via USPS or UPS.
• Free U.S. shipping on orders over $35.
• Delivery times: 3–7 business days (continental U.S.).

7. What’s your return policy?

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used soaps. However, if your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.

8. How should I store my soap?

Keep it in a cool, dry place (away from direct water spray) to extend its lifespan. A soap dish with drainage works best!

9. Are your packaging materials eco-friendly?

Absolutely! We use recyclable/reusable packaging and minimal plastic to reduce waste.
